Results

Results don't happen in one daybut they start from day one.

No stock testimonials. No invented numbers. Here is what the work actually produces and how long it honestly takes.

Founding clients

Be my nextsuccess story.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones, so this page has no testimonials on it yet and won't until they're earned.

What you can see right now is my own work. I went through the same fat loss journey I coach — not knowing what to do, not knowing what to eat, and having to ask for help to get better. The photos on this site are mine, and the method on this site is the one that changed them.

If you come in while the roster is small, you get the version of coaching nobody gets later: full attention, and a plan written entirely around your week. Your before photo becomes the one I point at a year from now.

Eduardo's own training: targeting the muscle group through contraction rather than speed.
Honest timelines

What happens,and roughly when.

You go through the ugly stages of life and eventually, towards the end, you gain those results you dream about. Here's the shape of that.

  1. Weeks 1 to 3

You feel it before you see it. Sleep, energy, and the sense that you finally know what you're doing in there.

  2. Weeks 4 to 8

Clothes move first. The belt goes a notch. Weights that felt heavy in week one are now the warm-up.

  3. Months 3 to 6

The mirror catches up. Shape changes, not just size, because we kept the muscle while the fat came off.

  4. Month 6 and past

The part most people never reach, because they quit in the ugly stage. This is where the results you pictured live.

How we measure

The scale is oneof several things.

Waist

Moves when the scale is being stubborn. Usually the first honest signal.

Photos

Same light, same spot. What you can't see day to day is obvious across eight weeks.

Strength

The same dumbbells getting easier means the muscle stayed while the fat left.

Consistency

Sessions completed and meals hit. The input that makes the rest inevitable.
